Find Your Fire is a 3 or 6 month 1:1 Life Coaching program to help you identify your passions, improve your mindset, grow your confidence, and courageously action your goals.

You feel like a butterfly trapped in a cage, unable to be your authentic self, giving more than you get, and settling or staying stuck because your confidence is shattered or you're too overwhelmed to make any real progress on your life goals.

Here are a few things we can do together

My 4-step process

Over 3 or 6 months, we'll work together on a personal road-map to help you get from where you are NOW to where you want to be. We'll meet over Zoom every 2 weeks for a powerful coaching session – don't worry, I'll guide you every step of the way and check-in between calls. Here's an outline of what we'll cover over the next four months:

HOW IT WORKS

Intro: Before we start coaching, we'll have one short alignment & intro session

Step 1: Get to the heart of what lights you up and who you (really) are

Step 2: Set up your goals & milestones with actionable steps

Step 3: Create healthy systems and practical self-care habits

Step 4: Take action on your big goal & celebrate your transformation!

I'd love to help you shine

As an empath and introvert, I probably have a good idea of what you're going through and can relate to feelings of restlessness, overwhelm and anxiety. I've learned how to protect my energy, say no for my health, and follow through on things that fuel my soul – even when they're scary or imperfect. If I could do those things, then I KNOW you can, too!

I believe in providing a judgement-free space where you feel comfortable and safe to share whatever's on your heart and mind. I'm not just your coach, I'm your biggest supporter, accountability partner, and self-care sidekick.

My approach is relaxed, positive and superficial-free. I'm all about problem-solving and purpose. Together we'll do plenty of brainstorming, collaborating and taking action.

But I can’t do the work for you – that's got to come from you. I can, however, support you and guide you every step of the way to help you get unstuck, make those big (scary) changes, and create systems for a more inspired, fulfilling and sustainable life.

What you can expect

Here's what you can expect in your coaching experience with me:

Investment: 3 months: R3500/month x 3 months or a once-off payment of R10000. 6 months: R3500/month x 6 months or a once-off payment of R20000.
