"I connected with Mel in 2020, during a time when I was working extremely long hours and I had no time for my personal life or priorities. I had no boundaries and I was feeling completely overwhelmed with my work and life.
Mel taught me that I have the power to take control of my own life and that I can say no. She gave me the tools I needed to put boundaries in place and she taught me how make space for the things in life that bring me joy and keep me balanced. She helped me to change my mindset and I started putting my mental health first. I invested more time in myself and made more time to exercise, meditate and read, all of which helped me to relax and helped me with my stress levels and anxiety.
I feel more in control of my life now and have more balance between my working life and my personal life. She has also helped me to find my true passion in life which has led me to make a career change, something I was always too scared to do.
